My 5 Step Process to create a beautiful, fun and engaging party
Step 1 – Check My Availability
Before we get into the basics of your event, I want to make sure that I’m personally available to provide music and entertainment at upcoming party. Check my calendar now. If I’m free, we can connect by email, text, or phone.
Step 2 – Schedule Meeting
Let’s schedule a time to meet, either in person or virtually, to allow you to share your vision, discuss the basics of your event, ask any questions, and determine if I would be the right choice to help make your party memorable.
Step 3 – Secure My Services
I’ll send you a proposal breaking down all the services and options that will be best for your party. We can make adjustments if necessary, otherwise, e-sign our agreement and pay a retainer fee to secure my services.
Step 4 – Planning Party Details
During the planning stages, I’ll:
- help you connect with venues, caterers, decorators, photographers, videographers, and other great vendors
- determine which options will be best to add to your party
- create a vibrant and unique montage
- craft a personalized soundtrack, offering music suggestions drawn from my extensive music knowledge
- add exciting twists to popular games to bring kids (and some adults) on the dance floor
- develop a seamless timeline.
Step 5 – Party!
On the day of your event, I’ll:
- create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- inform, engage, and encourage your crew to have fun
- honor your family’s traditions while infusing it with personal touches that captivates guests of all ages
- keep everyone dancing and singing throughout your event
- play music at a reasonable volume, allowing guests to engage in conversation while enjoying a lively dance floor behind them
- bring smiles to your family and friends.
